For most of the year, I write only a few posts here and there on social media.

Not because I am busy, or because there is nothing to say. But because… I have nothing I wish to confide or explain, and no “need to be understood” by others.

No more concerns seeking expression. No more questions needing answers. No desires to prove anything. Only one thing is present. This feeling is not loud. It does not come and go. It simply… is there. Within. And it is often present there; strangely, it does not disappear…

I live with that feeling every day, amid ordinary life, in a state of peace… It does not separate me from life; it gives me all the motivation I need to live with presence and wholeness, in quiet activities, in teaching, transmitting the Dharma, and transmitting the Heart to many people at home and abroad.

So, honestly… I do not know what to write on social media. When I share more, it is almost always a signal for those whose time has come to be ready. Because SoulCoach is about to open applications. When a soul receives these posts and resonates with them, they will come. And I will welcome them.

Humanity is entering the Age of Light, when liberation and spiritual development are no longer reserved for ascetics but open to everyone, because spirituality's true nature is an inner experience, a light from within each person. On this journey, however, it is essential to distinguish real wisdom from forms of wisdom borrowed from outside.

In searching for life's meaning, people may possess much knowledge—but not everyone has true wisdom. Two types of wisdom operate in this life:

1. Borrowed wisdom (borrowed knowledge) — what we read, hear, and learn from others. It is the wisdom of books, teachers, experts… Useful in the material world, it is often limited by circumstances, biases, and time. It may make us knowledgeable without necessarily transforming us. Borrowed wisdom (knowledge) often comes from logical reasoning or information gathered externally. Knowledge is necessary for existence, survival, and even development, but it cannot touch absolute truth. When our minds believe we already “know” something, we may inadvertently close the door to truth. All such “knowing” rests on memories and the past, making us see the world through the hazy lens of old knowledge rather than reality as it is.

2. Inner wisdom — insight arising from one's own experience, deep connection with one's essence, and awakening from within. No one can take this wisdom away, and it reveals itself only when we are still enough to listen to ourselves. True wisdom comes from within and is also called spiritual wisdom. It arises from inner understanding, where the Inner Teacher sends guidance through light and vibration. Unlike knowledge that swells the brain, true wisdom expands the soul. Wisdom is not something to collect more of, but the result of practice, experience, and direct realization (wisdom through cultivation). It is enlightening and liberating wisdom.

The Buddha once taught: “Light your own torch and walk.” This is a reminder of wisdom arising from within — independent and not governed by appearances or outsiders.

On this journey, the distinction between Knowledge and Wisdom is clearly emphasized. Knowledge—wisdom from hearing or reflection—is only theory, thought and inference, while Wisdom—wisdom from practice—is true understanding gained through one's own practice and verification. When we look at the world through the eyes of wisdom, we see all things through the lens of Emptiness and Light, recognizing that we and the universe are one field of consciousness. This truth helps free us from ignorance and delusion, the root of all suffering and unknowing reactions.

To unlock true wisdom — inner wisdom, spiritual wisdom — Awakening Meditation is the optimal tool. It is a progressive, comprehensive and profound meditation practice focused on awakening to truth and recognizing lessons by accessing the infinite wisdom in the unconscious (the Inner Teacher).

Awakening Meditation does not aim merely for emptiness; emptiness is only an initial stepping stone. The goal is to activate “active insight meditation,” helping practitioners cleanse the mind to transform negativity into light and integrate unrecognized lessons. This transforms ignorance and prevents ignorant reactions.

Attaining inner wisdom through Awakening Meditation develops the practitioner's spiritual autonomy. SoulCoach is an intensive path of practice providing the key to decoding the Universe's Source Code language, helping practitioners understand spiritual messages, practice the Awakening Methods to “save” themselves, develop qualities and virtues, and walk a balanced path between spiritual and worldly life. With wisdom from within, practitioners can rewrite their own destiny. That is spiritual autonomy.

This spiritual autonomy helps practitioners avoid dependence on any external divination. Methods of reading fate and predicting the future, such as fortune-telling and Zi Wei astrology, are only references. There is a warning that external practices such as rituals to ward off star-related misfortune or drawing fortune sticks to change destiny merely express ignorance and fear, creating dependency and losing inner enlightenment.

In summary, Awakening Meditation and SoulCoach guide practitioners toward connecting with Supreme Inner Wisdom, affirming that only the Light of Inner Awareness is the true key to resolving all karmic forces. Practitioners then become masters of their destiny, living through creative wisdom rather than a fate predetermined by ignorant karmic imprints.

Sometimes true Wisdom comes not from learning more, but from letting go of what is not you. It is both a journey of “becoming” and a journey of “returning.”
