Around this time last year, I was sleeping in a hospital corridor, waiting through my father's operation—one with a mortality risk that could not help but worry us.
Then in the morning, we heard Dad come out of his room, his voice ringing with strength… The whole family was overjoyed…
At that time, neither Dad nor the family probably thought he would pass away.
Then, a few days later, having long had an intuition, I took the initiative to knock on the doctor's door and ask, “Doctor, how much time does my father have left?”
“At most 3 months,” the doctor answered.
…
I did not tell Mom this. I spoke to my older brother and sister first. I asked my sister, who was in Australia, to find a way to arrange a return to Vietnam. My eldest brother loved Dad very much and was deeply distressed. He said he could not accept this reality and asked me to tell Dad.
Decades ago, I watched a very moving film in which doctors and family members wondered whether to tell a patient how long they had left to live. Each choice had advantages and drawbacks. What if they did not tell them? The patient would have faith, and that faith might help them recover. But when everything was truly too late and they could not overcome it, would they be swept along by that illusory faith, suffering because they had not known earlier to arrange their final days and fully do what needed doing in that very limited time, then depart hastily without peace?
My choice then was to tell Dad, because I trusted him. I believed he needed to know the truth about his illness and remaining time, so he could arrange everything carefully and leave thoughtful instructions. He would continue living positively and lovingly, and if he then departed, it would be with serenity and peace.
I will never forget that conversation. What would you say to one of the people you love most in the world, who still has no idea how much time they have left, about how much longer they will live? What we had previously seen only in films was now something fate required us to practice. And it was a great lesson.
I shared the truth with Dad through an energy full of love, finding a way not to burst into loud sobs at that moment without suppressing anything, because there was only love and truth. I still remember his advice, which I wrote down afterward…
Then Dad only lived a little over 1 more month. Dad had 1 month of his life to reflect and to live fully, right up to the final moment…
That 1-month journey was one in which Dad and the whole family faced things together, made arrangements, learned, and practiced the art of departing gently and calmly… The art of dying is as important as the art of living.
From then on, I chose always to tell you the truth. Just say it directly, without excessive calculation, mental interference, or hedging: the truth about us, the universe, and what is within you. You remain blocked because you fear the truth will not be accepted, and that those who do not yet understand will see you as strange. That fear comes from your ego's fear of rejection.
But once you say it with love and true inner peace, speaking the truth out of love, that illusion of the ego's fear ends completely. It is like 1 clear sound simply ringing out and echoing across this entire universe.
Of course, speak the truth from a balanced state of mind, with genuine peace within.
My consciousness once wanted to write a book as a gift to Dad. And I wrote it. According to the emails recording my exchanges with the publisher, I finished it in month 1 of this year. The publisher greatly respected the manuscript, preserving it almost 99% unchanged. More than 375 quality pages were written in just 1 month and a few days. I did not need to gather outside information or knowledge or do more research like a researcher experimenting because the truth had not yet been found. I wrote from inner consciousness. That “inner wisdom” spoke, and I wrote in a continuous flow during evenings from 10h at night to 2h in the morning, completing everything, including the structure, which the publisher respected and valued highly.
I have put all the truths that need to be shared with you at this moment into this book. It may save you years of straying off course, searching in circles and cobbling together bits from here and there while still moving further from the truth. It may help you reach fulfillment, if you are ready for these vibrations.
I did not set this book’s cover price. Certainly, we need a balance between giving and receiving to go far. The distributor set the price at 199.000 VND for more than 375 valuable pages.
See you on your “Awakening Journey”!
