In “Slow Living,” we pay attention only to “slow” and forget what it truly means to “live.”
“Slow living” does not mean dawdling, sluggishness, or being slow and missing opportunities, as we often imagine. It means never sacrificing quality for quantity.
Understand this correctly. Then, along the journey, we are peaceful and happy, and ultimately do not have to return to repair too many consequences caused by “living in haste.”
Thus, we acquire the art of reaching the destination, the art of enjoying the journey.
