Day 3/21 of the ‘Sowers of Peace’ campaign
While I meditated at one of the world's highest mountain passes in the Himalayas, in harsh, subzero conditions, a local person traveling with me quietly recorded a few moments as a keepsake… This was a long, very deep meditation session…
An entrepreneur once confided:
“My life is like running on a giant wheel. I keep working, making money and expanding the company… but return to the same old worries and pressures. Everything feels like a loop I cannot escape.”
It is not only his story, but reflects many entrepreneurs today:
– The more successful you become, the more you fear losing it…
– The more you have, the more you feel you lack…
Meditation is the doorway to truth…
Many conscious entrepreneurs find freedom through meditation.
Meditation does not require abandoning work; it helps you pause for a few minutes to illuminate yourself.
When we sit still and the breath slows, we see clearly:
– What is truth, and what is illusion?
– What is the root value, and what is the glittering outer shell?
Through that recognition, we gradually learn to choose an authentic life instead of chasing what is illusory and temporary.
An organization is sustainable only when its leaders have a steadfast authenticity grounded in inner maturity.
When leaders live authentically, employees dare to do so too.
When employees live authentically, the organization becomes a place that nurtures creativity, trust and belonging.
When an organization lives authentically, the value it gives society will also be authentic. That is the foundation for long-term development.
When a mindful entrepreneur begins living authentically, that moment opens up freedom and balance, leading the organization on a journey of truly meaningful, sustainable prosperity.
