The Light Two fundraising project \u201cQu\u1ea3ng Ng\u00e3i: Building Schools for Children\u201d (<a href=\"http:\/\/lightcharity.com\/xay-truong-cho-em\/\">http:\/\/lightcharity.com\/xay-truong-cho-em\/<\/a>) in S\u01a1n Bao Commune, S\u01a1n H\u00e0 District, Qu\u1ea3ng Ng\u00e3i Province has raised VND 382,675,875 to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, two issues need to be considered before building the school at this location:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 First, the number of students currently attending this school site does not meet the Ministry of Education and Training's requirements for implementing the new general education curriculum. The locality must therefore consolidate satellite school sites into the main school, while arranging 2 sessions\/day to improve educational quality and allow students to study foreign languages and information technology. This means this school site will no longer be used, as students will move to the main school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Second, under upcoming plans, S\u01a1n H\u00e0 District will allocate funding to build new classrooms locally. This school site's current situation is not especially difficult, and the support could certainly go to another school that needs it more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Light Charity received official confirmation of these two pieces of information from Mr. Ph\u00f9ng T\u00f4 Long, Vice Chairman of S\u01a1n H\u00e0 District.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, the \u201cLight Two: Build Schools for Children\u201d project will not proceed with building a school at this location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Therefore, Light Charity proposes using the contributions from benefactors to build other, more suitable and urgently needed school sites as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Light Charity proposes allocating 30,000,000 VND from the total 382,675,875 VND raised for the \u201cQu\u1ea3ng Ng\u00e3i Builds Schools for Children\u201d project to support another urgently needed school-building project in a particularly disadvantaged area: Khu\u1ed5i H\u1eafp village, Thi\u1ec7n Thu\u1eadt commune, B\u00ecnh Gia district, L\u1ea1ng S\u01a1n province. The project has raised the remaining funds and is only 30 million short, which Light Charity will contribute. Project description here: <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/LightTwo_LangSon\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/LightTwo_LangSon<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this project, Light Charity will not build schools on its own but will work with a partner that is a true \u201cExpert,\u201d with a strong reputation and extensive experience building schools for pupils in remote areas: \u201cSao Bi\u1ec3n \u2013 Room for Education.\u201d This reputable nonprofit organization was registered in Austria in 2016 to help children aged 6 to 11 access quality education by building schools in remote areas and impoverished villages in Vietnam. As of October 2019, Sao Bi\u1ec3n had successfully built 18 schools, improving learning conditions for hundreds of children in disadvantaged regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detailed information about Sao Bi\u1ec3n \u2013 Room for Education: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sao-bien.com\/vi\/trang-chu\/\">http:\/\/www.sao-bien.com\/vi\/trang-chu\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Light Charity proposes using the remaining money to fully fund 100% of 1 school-building project at T\u00e0 H\u00e0ng school site, T\u00e0 H\u00e0ng village, M\u01b0\u1eddng Toong commune, M\u01b0\u1eddng Nh\u00e9 district, \u0110i\u1ec7n Bi\u00ean province, with an estimated total budget of 350.000.000 VND. This project is also being carried out jointly by Sao Bi\u1ec3n \u2013 Room for Education and Light Charity. This will allow your kindness to keep reaching people who truly need it across the country, as transparently and practically as possible. May that kindness blossom, and may a school for disadvantaged students in remote areas soon take shape and serve many generations of local children. While our original plan would have supported just 1 school, we can now support as many as 2 schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. If you do not agree with the proposed change above and wish to withdraw your donation, please respond to Light Charity before 31\/5\/2020. The Fund will refund the amount you contributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding training benefits: we know you contribute not to receive courses taught directly by YUP Education and Mr. T\u1ea1 Minh Tu\u1ea5n, but from a sincere desire to help disadvantaged people. However, Light Charity would like to announce that although the school construction location has changed, all your benefits for these courses remain unchanged, as detailed here: <a href=\"http:\/\/lightcharity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/14.png\">http:\/\/lightcharity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/14.png<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding the benefit of having your name on the school's gratitude board: this will no longer be offered, because Light Charity believes it is unnecessary.
