I have just finished 10 days without using the internet or a phone, and without speaking a single sentence during that time. All outside sounds had to be removed from my life for those 10 days. Every day, I followed a strict meditation schedule from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. That was work too, but work with my own consciousness.

I usually do this once each year, and this was already my 4th time. I strongly encourage you to have the opportunity to do it 1 time each year too. It is actually very good for your work and life. Start with the keyword “Vipassana.”

When I returned, everything was normal: the businesses and organizations continued operating, and my colleagues continued fulfilling their duties.

Overall, everything was normal even though I did not touch work for a single minute during those 10 days. Nobody in the world detonated a nuclear bomb. The universe did not explode.

When I returned, it took only about 1 hour of work to handle everything that had accumulated during those 10 days away, for around 18 businesses & organizations. In fact, that is because I only invest & provide direction, rather than run them. But my productivity always rises in proportion to “exploring my inner self”; efficiency is something I know is one of my strengths.

Nothing happened. Only afterward did things become demanding, because I have many future work plans, so further development would be rather “physically taxing.” In 2019, I want to spend more time at home rather than travel as much as in previous years. But that is life, and that is my nature. Still breathing means the mission is not over :- )
