Because Yoga has \u2018evolved\u2019 into a kind of \u2018aerobics\u2019 in the \u2018Vinyasa flow\u2019 style. An estimated 2 billion people now practice this modern form, like many other kinds of stretching and exercise. It has become a kind of rhythmic exercise, and hundreds of studies have demonstrated the treatment-supporting benefits of these Asanas (common Yoga poses).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So pay attention to the key word \u201cmeditation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A few years ago, many people probably still thought of meditation as something mysterious, profound, abstruse, difficult to understand, and difficult to practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
