Day 3\/21 of the \u2018Sowers of Peace\u2019 campaign<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While I meditated at one of the world's highest mountain passes in the Himalayas, in harsh, subzero conditions, a local person traveling with me quietly recorded a few moments as a keepsake\u2026 This was a long, very deep meditation session\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An entrepreneur once confided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMy life is like running on a giant wheel. I keep working, making money and expanding the company\u2026 but return to the same old worries and pressures. Everything feels like a loop I cannot escape.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we sit still and the breath slows, we see clearly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 What is truth, and what is illusion?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 What is the root value, and what is the glittering outer shell?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through that recognition, we gradually learn to choose an authentic life instead of chasing what is illusory and temporary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An organization is sustainable only when its leaders have a steadfast authenticity grounded in inner maturity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When leaders live authentically, employees dare to do so too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When employees live authentically, the organization becomes a place that nurtures creativity, trust and belonging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When an organization lives authentically, the value it gives society will also be authentic. That is the foundation for long-term development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
